If you would like to remotely purchase a gift for a guest dining with us, please fill out the form below. In the message box, please indicate the reservation name, date and time, along with the following:

-A sentence authorizing Nonna Dora's to charge your card for the items/amount you specify.

-The items/amount you'd like to purchase. Please note that sales tax and a 20% gratuity will be added to the total bill.

-Your card number, expiration date, security code and billing zip code.

-The message you would like us to verbally deliver to your guest for this gift.

We will confirm via email and afterwards email you a receipt.
